We want to assure you that we continue to monitor the situation and our focus is on the health and wellness of our employees, clients and patients. These are the guidelines we will follow to help minimize the risks of spreading Covid-19 which will protect our clients and staff without compromising patient care.
We ask for your help and cooperation so we can continue to provide veterinary care for your pets.
*Please let us know or reschedule appointment to a later date if anyone in your family has a fever, cough or any signs of possible COVID 19 infection.
*Once we reach your home we will give you a call to let you know we have arrived. Please meet us outside of your residence. Our request is that you wear mask and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet throughout the consultation.
*We will meet you at your front door, wearing protective gear while maintaining 6 ft distance.
*After the initial communication our staff will hold your pet while we complete our exam and discuss findings. For examination of cats we prefer to do exam in your garage or screened porch instead of going inside your home.
*Communication with Dr. Nalluri before and during your appointment will be either by phone or in front of your house while maintaining a safe distance (minimum of 6 feet).
*We are sterilizing everything that is used with antiviral cleaner after every appointment.
*We will handle all correspondence through email or by phone.
Many of our clients are elderly. Please help us keep them, us, and you safe by following above protocol.
